I just had my SUV in to Metro Accident Repair Center for rear damage to my vehicle caused by another driver. I couldn't be happier with Metro and I'd give them 6 stars if it were possible. Initially I was told by the insurance … More adjuster (not my insurance) that I would be responsible for costs over their estimate that was from their in-network repair shop. I was apprehensive not knowing what I would need to pay but I wanted OEM repairs to my Toyota which is only 3 years old. Metro kept me well informed all along the way with frequent texts of the progress of the repair as well as phone calls when necessary. Every time I had a question and called I talked with Tracy or Melissa and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the insurance steps, process and protocol since I don't get into accidents very often and don't know all of the finer details. The entire Metro team went above and beyond to reduce or eliminate any cost that would be passed along to me since Metro was not in-network for the particular insurance company involved. And I also need to thank the insurance adjuster (not my insurer) who was accommodating and worked with Metro to cover ALL of the cost of this repair; even though they were out of their repair network. The repairs took approximately 2 weeks but that was over the Christmas holiday week and I ended up paying $0. I cannot even tell where the damage was and I have my SUV back repaired to OEM standards and parts. I would not hesitate to use Metro again after this experience. Honesty, communication, high quality work performed, friendly staff.....these stand out to me the most about Metro.
