I want to highly commend your staff at Metro Accident Repair Center, and, in particular, Dave.
As a back story, I took my 06 Prius to Metro Toyota for detailing. After all was done, a cloudy film remained embedded in my drivers’ door panel. Their service people recommended it needed to be seen by your staff as they could not budge the smear.
Frankly, I had visions of higher repair costs and almost decided to “live with it”. I’m glad I did not go with that initial thought!
Arriving early at your service center, I thought that I’d need to sit and wait the 20 minutes before the official opening time-after all, so many shops would do this. However, I found the center door open, lights on, and was greeted politely and cheerfully by Dave. He graciously took the car early, assuring me it was not a problem. And then proceeded to perform “magic”, erasing the unsightly smear and at no cost to me. And reviewed his work with me, with helpful recommendations about how to avoid this kind of damage.
The other employees with whom I interacted were similarly service oriented, not a few making sure I had been taken care of and/or greeting me with cheerful smiles. Again, I am sad to say that this kind of behavior is remarkable, but it is rare.
So, again, my appreciation and recognition of your fine staff, especially Dave, at Metro Accident Repair Center. Should I need any repair or auto-body work, I will return and will recommend them to my family and friends.
